All orders are shipped from our production partners in the USA. We typically process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days of placement. For customers in the United States, Express Shipping takes about 3–5 days, while Standard Shipping usually arrives within 5–7 days. For international orders, delivery times are approximately 10–30 days, and at this time we are unable to offer Express Shipping outside the U.S.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 1 hour of placing your order, before your order goes into production. After this window, your order will be processed and production will begin, so changes or cancellations will no longer be possible.

We offer a 14-day resolution policy—if your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@templev3.com. There’s no need to return the item. You can choose between a free replacement or a full refund—just let us know what works best for you.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
